Christmas 2009

This year the kids were really into christmas. Christmas Eve was a long night trying to get them calm enough to finally fall asleep.
Blake loved his Buzz Lightyear and BL pj's.

Syd loved all her presents. Pj's, markers, etc.

Blake says thanks G-ma for my transformer mask. He is having lots of fun this year with all his new total boy toys.

Santa Train 2009

This year we went down to Boulder City to check out there Santa Train. It was fun riding in a train and having santa come sit with us and talk to the kids.
Christmas this year was so much fun because the kids are so into Santa and Christmas. They get so excited when they see Santa it makes it so much fun. It was only last year that Blake was afraid of Santa and this year he runs up to santa and hugs him.

We had some time to kill before the next train ride so we took a trip down to Hoover Dam.

Oh Christmas Tree

This year the kids loved to decorate the christmas tree. Sydney is really into this year. She loved getting all the ornaments out and putting them on the tree while Blake was behind her taking them off and putting them somewhere else.

Thanksgiving Day Hike

While the Turkey was cooking and since we were having such awesome weather here in Vegas we went on a hike at Red Rock.

Thanksgiving 2009

This year my family came to Vegas to have Thanksgiving. We had a full house and had so much fun. We didnt even have any leftovers this year.

Bellagio Gardens and Fountains

After chowing down on our wonderful Thanksgiving dinner we headed down to the Bellagio and checked out the fountain show and the Bellagio gardens.

Real 900 lb pumpkin in the Bellagio Gardens where they turn a huge room into a floral Decoration. For every season or holiday they decorate the room using all different kinds of flowers. Kinda reminds me of the Rose Parade for New Years but it's an entire room.

Handsome but oh so naughty

This is my handsome boy. And I love him so much it hurts. But why oh why does he say all the words he hears that he is not supposed too! I never had this problem with Sydney. She heard lots of stuff probably the same stuff that Blake hears. And she didnt say these things but Blake has heard these words and has decided he likes to say them to express himself. He challenges me in such a different way then Syd but he's oh so fun. I really just laugh about it.

Halloween 2009

We had lots of halloween activites this year. They did stuff at school. Then we had a trunk or treat at church. And then finally we went trick or treating around our niehborhood.
Sydney was a witch and Blake is Ben 10.

This year I think the kids enjoyed sitting on the porch and passing out candy to the kids the most out of all the things they did this year. Sydney was so excited and would make the kids say trick or treat before she gave them any candy.
