Handsome but oh so naughty

This is my handsome boy. And I love him so much it hurts. But why oh why does he say all the words he hears that he is not supposed too! I never had this problem with Sydney. She heard lots of stuff probably the same stuff that Blake hears. And she didnt say these things but Blake has heard these words and has decided he likes to say them to express himself. He challenges me in such a different way then Syd but he's oh so fun. I really just laugh about it.

Halloween 2009

We had lots of halloween activites this year. They did stuff at school. Then we had a trunk or treat at church. And then finally we went trick or treating around our niehborhood.
Sydney was a witch and Blake is Ben 10.

This year I think the kids enjoyed sitting on the porch and passing out candy to the kids the most out of all the things they did this year. Sydney was so excited and would make the kids say trick or treat before she gave them any candy.

Out of the Mouth of Babes

Watching Animal Planet with Sydney we were learning about the winters in Yellowstone. And the wolves were chasing after the bull elk. I was trying to explain to Sydney that its the cycle of life and the wolves eat meat and have to eat something or it will die.

She still didnt like that and thought they were mean. I then told her we eat meat. We eat cows. "WHAT"."COWS"! she exclaimed. She had this look of, what the sweet cows that just walk around eating grass.

I was laughing. Yea I said your hambugers are meat from cows. Then she started gaging and said she'll never eat a hamburger again. We'll see. Syd loves her burgers.

Syd kept repeating herself today. So I said

Geesh Syd hush.

Later on in our car ride I did something Syd didnt like

and she said...

Cheese mom.

haha I told her its geesh not cheese.

She laughed and decided she liked cheese better and thats how she'll be saying it.

Cute Conversation

Me: Hi Handsome

Blake: HI (in a deep monster voice)

Me: Who said that?

Blake: Me

Me: Well where'd that sound come from?

Blake: My mouth.



It was so cute and so mater of fact. Dont know what I was expecting the answer to be... just not mouth. lol. of course it came from his mouth.

Never give the water hose to the 3 yo!

Blake was getting Sydney wet with the hose when he decided to turn it on me!

My Babies

Blake is "3"

Blake turned 3 Aug 22. My baby is growing up.
I make the kids there cakes every year. So this year Blake got Lighting McQueen from the movie Cars which he would watch all day everyday if I let him.

It's now time to go thru Blakes toys and get rid of the baby ones and make room for all the new toys he got this year. He loves super heros, Ben 10 and of course Lighting McQueen. I know he's getting older when I have to change out the toys and make room for his Big Boy toys. So sad. Why can't they just stay little forever.

We barbequed and had fun with friends and family. Rami the grill master with Bear begging for food.
